I grew up as a competitive dancer and continued my training in college, where I oversaw the university’s 200-member dance club and minored in Dance. My education included courses like Anatomy of the Dancer, Dance History, Ballet, Modern, and Jazz technique, along with over 15 theater credits—giving me a well-rounded foundation that blends technique, artistry, and performance experience.
I’ve worked with dancers ranging from infants to adults, including those with diverse physical and mental abilities. I’ve taught at studios across New York State and earned numerous choreography awards and top placements. My performance background includes commercial and stage work, with credits in the “Vision of Sound Tour,” Sirius XM, Showtime’s Billions, and Netflix’s She’s Gotta Have It Too.
I offer a range of services including teaching, choreography for studios and dance teams, and private lessons tailored to individual dancer goals. With experience across multiple styles and age groups, I bring creativity, professionalism, and a supportive approach to every setting. Visit my contact page to inquire!
In every class I teach, my goal is to create a supportive and empowering environment where dancers feel not only challenged, but also uplifted. I believe that mental health and emotional well-being are just as important as physical technique. My classes are designed to nurture the whole dancer—body, mind, and spirit.
I am committed to making my classrooms inclusive, uplifting, and nurturing. Whether I’m teaching toddlers or teens, recreational or competitive dancers, I prioritize:
I use movement as a tool to build confidence, resilience, and self-awareness. Through open communication, age-appropriate challenges, and intentional affirmations, I aim to help dancers walk out of class feeling stronger, seen, and celebrated.
In a world that can feel overwhelming, I hope my classes offer a space where dancers can feel confident and know they belong.
